Im not happy bob, NOT HAPPY
Screen tearing is ruining my experience with this game. I have tried everything and nobody seems to be able to fix it. Its only tearing during cutscenes with nothing during gameplay. This is the ONLY game I cant do that with. I cant touch the VSYNC bar its grayed out. Control Panel didnt work, Changing display didnt work, Restarting PC didnt work, Changing picture look didnt work. What else can I do?

You just need to wait for all the little cogs to mesh together.

Cutscenes are broken, go watch the digital foundry review.

Are you using frame generation? Switch it off.

This. Can't use V-Sync w/ Frame Gen enabled. It's either/or.

Its not screen tearing. The cutscenes animations are running at 30fps while the whole screen renders at 60 (or whatever your monitor is). It stucks but we can't do anything about it right now.

NVIDIA FrameGeneration will cause tearing in cutscenes atm, at least for me with the latest drivers.

Try changing it from Fram Gen to VSYNC.

Set frame limit to 60. Looks just fine and no tearing. Only way I got it to clean up

Same...i just downloaded it, was sooooo excited, only to only see Borderless and Window'd. I even went to the Nvidia app as well to force enable it there....no where to be seen on the list of games and apps.
