Screen Tearing no fix possible?
I have done Fullscreen, Boarderless and wide screen nothing. I have gone through Control panel since the game has Vertical Sync grayed out disabled and I have tried everything I can think of... this is REALLY starting to get on my nerves. Especially, because the game doesnt tear during gameplay just the cutscenes.

Screen tearing is when you try and push higher frames than what your monitor can handle. I think you can adjust this in Nvidia panel for the application. It is odd as I could adjust V sync just fine in the game settings.

I have the same issue. And NO...I am not out framing my monitor. Happens at 60 frames and I am in the 120 frame range. Capped at 155. Not even touching it.

Screen tearing has nothing to do with framerate. screen tearing occurs when your monitors refresh cycle is out of sync with your GPU's front frame buffer, it can happen at any framerate.

Thank you for the correction, way more technical than I thought!

I have the same problem with an RTX 4080. Turning off frame generation allows you to enable vsync. This got rid of all the screen tear but at the cost of much lower frame rates. I wish nVidia would add this game to the nVidia App with some sensible defaults. I'm spending so much time tinkering with settings that I'm not enjoying the game.
