I'm guessing you need to update your graphics card drivers.

There is a new Nvidia driver specifically for this release and a couple other games, google it. It is version 566.36 for those interested in knowing.....

cant play becouse of the same thing and have updated and restarted and truned off my pc any way to bypass this?

I went and got and installed a new driver for my graphics card that corrected the "English" driver issue
