On mine PC Specs i5-12600KF (10/16) + Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2666 MHz (4x4GB) 16 GB RAM + RX 7800 XT 16GB, I can play on Ultra Graphics Settings on 1080p at 145 FPS.
My PC Specs looks like this :
CPU : Intel Core i5-12600KF 3,70 GHz. Turbo : 4,90 GHz (10/16) + CPU Cooler : SilentiumPC Fortis 3 140mm + CPU Fan : SilentiumPC Sigma PRO 140PWM 140mm.
RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2666 MHz (4x4GB) 16GB RAM.
GPU : ASUS Radeon RX 7800 XT TUF Gaming OC 16GB GDDR6.
SSD (For System) : Crucial BX500 960GB 2,5"
SSD (For Games) : WD Blue SN580 1TB M.2. NVme.
Hybrid SSHD (For Other Data) : Seagate FireCuda 2TB 3,5"
OS : Windows 11 Home 64bit.

I can play in : "Indiana Jones and the Great Circle" on Ultra Graphics Settings at 145 FPS.

It has ray traced GI by default. Go look at a video of it running on Steam Deck, it's completely broken because RTX is required.
A 6750xt would be a good fit for a 5500 especially for 1080p although I would go with a 7700XT if you can afford a little extra which has better ray tracing performance plus it has AI Cores which currently aren't being used but I suspect the next major revision of FSR will use them and provide better upscaling like DLSS and XeSS does. Sony is already doing it with the PS5 Pro.
