Cutscene Choppiness - Animations are 30fps
Digital Foundary just dropped their Tech review and the reason the cut scenes are choppy is because the animation is 30fps, both on Xbox and PC. I noticed it straight away and it is annnoying, but doesn't look like we can do anything about it for the moment.
