PSA: Make sure to disable Low Latency mode in the Nvidia Control Panel
Otherwise only this game will be capped at half refresh rate.

Ah, nice to see this thread already exists. I was struggling with this but didn't know what caused it. Here's some more tags so you can maybe find this solution easier on google etc:
