Unless you think Nvidia should come and physically modify our cards to add decently RT capable hardware, it seems more apt to direct your anger at Bethesda.
AMD 6xxx series will do, 5xxx will not. And yes, 2060 is the minimum if you use nvidea.

Lol dude you and I both know it's only a matter of time before this is a non issue either the devs will patch this or someone will release a workaround this a really dumb hill to die on there are plenty of games that look better than the great circle that don't require raytracing that run just fine on the 1080ti. If I was just a 1080ti owner I'd sleep on the game before spending another 2 to 300 bucks on a 2060 or 3060 because the developers decided not to make a certain feature optional like most games with Ray tracing capabilities

No ray tracing, right, but ultra settings with nice quality anyway.
Is it possible to bypass "VK_KHR_ray_query" in command to launch game for veteran GTX gamers :) ?
