GAME WONT LOAD AFTER LOGOS START UP PLEASE HELP

This is the second post, and I am still stuck with this game being stuck at a black screen when showing the logos. CAN ANYONE help me with this???

Odd, i have the same problem i got in to the menus on my first start up and turned on DLSS and FPS tracking and on restart i see a black screen and a FPS tracker in the corner. i'm wondering if deleting the game setting files would fix it... only problem is i have no idea where it is.

That could be a good solution, but I would have no idea either. Hopefully somebody would know how to fix this issue

Estou com o mesmo problema, depois que encontrei o Padre, o jogo travou, e agora não passa da tela inicial.

deleting the folder didn't fix the black screen but did remove the fps tracker. going to try deleting and reinstalling. probly going to put a ticker in for my brother for a refund this is dumb.

also pc is 7800x3d and 4070 super

Open task manager and check how much memory is available. try closing some programs running in the background taking up memory

How long did you wait tho? Cuz I had to wait 10 minutes (or more i forgot) for it to load

Yes same issue here, blackscreen after logo intro. Deleting settings files dont fix it. Anyone else got it working?

My driver is in between minimum and recommended, which confuses me because the game worked fine until I turned on DLSS

my shaders are stuck at 100%, installed new drivers, restarted and the same thing

I was able to play technically 30-40 minutes. Then the game crashed. After that I attempted multiple times to relaunch the game and it crashes every time at the machine games logo. I uninstalled the game, then the drivers with DDU. I reinstalled the latest drivers and now reinstalling the game. If it continues to crash I will be requesting a refund. It shouldn't be this tedious to play a game.

This is my setup before you'll ask whats under the hood.

7700X
64GB RAM

After turning off the steam cloud,

Delete the
If you move all but the most recent save data again, you may be able to take over the save data.
