Very poor performance on AMD
I have an RX 7900XTX, and I get 20 fps if I play at Ultra 1440p, when people with a stupid RTX 2080 Super are getting 50 fps

Isn’t this a greasy Nvidia deal? Which is why FSR 3.1 is MIA.
5950x, 7900xtx, 32gb ram, Averaging well north of 130 fps at 1440P here All settings maxed out in the options

Problems with your PC.
I do have the 7900XTX, I play all maxed out 2K, locked at 120 FPS, never below.
Man, most of these people are lying through their teeth! Indiana Jones on 7900XTX with very high, full RT, and Q upscaling at 1440 barely runs at 14 FPS. Even the 9070XT runs at just 17 FPS. Hardware Unboxed on YouTube just did a test. No way these people are getting 100+ fps on Indiana Jones.

Yeah, I'm sure every single one of them IS making this up. :wink_eol:

Hear me out. 900p upscaled to 1440p is 3 times better than native 1080p with flawed TSSAA

You can manually tweak how strong you want the pathtracing values to be i side the xml settings file. You can reduce light bounces to 1 and limit per chunk calculations

Upscaling sure, but you don't change your resolution to anything but native unless the resolution goes into it evenly. Like 4k to 1080p is even. 1440p to 1080p is not.
I'm having this same issue. The games settings are incredibly inconsistent. There's a bug going on when you mess with the settings, especially FSR, it will make the game run like crap when it's not supposed to. I've tried on a 7700 XT and now a 9070 XT and it's doing the same bug. I've gotten it to run really well but if I mess with the settings or alt tab, it sometimes makes the game chug again.

Technically, you can do this via modifying the ini file of the game. However, the game on all low settings already looks like a ps3 game. So I wouldn’t recommend doing this. If you can’t run the game at medium preset, don’t bother playing at all. It looks so bland at low settings
