Sounds like an issue with your PC. I get 125-145 fps. Maybe try the AMD update software?

Stable 60 here at Ultra (probably more, but had it capped at 60 when i booted it up).

I've really exactly 145 FPS on Ultra Graphics Settings on mine PC Specs, on RES : 1920x1080p! xD.

I dunno mate, 6700xt and max settings 1080p, almost stable 60-70 frames.
Maybe you should update your drivers.

It runs perfectly fine on my 7900. :)
