How are you running maxed out? What resolution you have? Maxed out at4k you get less than 10fps with 4080s totally unplayable.
It's either generating frames, but stutters or not generating frames at all.
You want this:
https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/
Also this:

Replaced NVidia DLSS and FG DLL file to version 3.8.1 that was released on 12/7/24
- Moved settings to "Very Ultra" or whatever
- Turned on FG
- FPS dropped to 2FPS (!!!)
- Did the "TAA / DLSS" toggle and now its in the mid 70's FPS range at the start of the level in Antonio's office
My specs:
Very Ultra
4K DLSS PERF
4080 RTX
9800x3D
Thought it might be vibration, as it correlates, but turning it off changed nothing. Really weird.
Xbox one wireless over Bluetooth. Tried changing batteries (as I know low battery wireless can cause stutter) but didn't help.
Plugged in a ps5 controller and stutter is now gone. No spikes on jump.
It works using USB-C or K&M no issues.
1. Turn off Vsync
2. Turn off DLSS and keep the Native TAA
Before I got 70-90 fps but looked/felt like 40, now I'm at 60-70 and feels smooth as it should. Havent noticed any screen tearing so I'm OK with Vsync off. Feels and looks 10x better.
