Black Screen After Startup

So after the logos pop up for the game, my game is stuck on a black screen with stuttering sounds loading. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

!. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and changed the graphics settings to custom
2. Updated my nvidia driver (RTX 3050)
3. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
4. Have attempted running in Safe Mode with the same issues prevalent

I running the game once, but the performance was strange.
I closed the game and then the black screen started before starting the game menu, did you link your account with the Xbox cloud? I did this here, but I don't know if it has anything to do with the problem.

I did the cloud Xbox thing and now after the logos and stuff it says please wait and just sits there

Same. Start game once. Closed the game and then the black screen started before starting the game menu

Disable any third-party fps meter software. It worked for me.

I finally got past the intro cinematic that kept freezing me... currently playing.

One thing I noticed, is the game tanks when you snap a steam screenshot... very visible lag and drop right down to 1fps every time

Yeah I second this... I think honestly at this point, disabling steam overlay might be a good idea.

I try 3rd party fps meter disable and steam overlay but no work fist time game work then no work black screen only steam safe mode is working but alwas reset settings

I FINALLY GOT A SOLUTION!!!

YOU JUST GO TO %SystemDrive%\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\ AND DELETE THE "RUNE" FOLDER

THIS IS THE FIX, the game stucks after the logos and you hear the stucked sound and black screen due to the texture pool size, either delete the entire folder there or modify the file with a smaller number. God fix
