the dual sense controller has no haptics or vibrations on native support. Is just me or is everybody facing this problem?

have you installed latest firmware for dualsense?

I now get haptics on my Dualsense
Strange.
With disabling steam input, the controller doesn't work at all. Have to unplug an replug the controller - but no haptics etc.

I tried adding it to Steam with UWPHook, but still get keyboard prompts and cannot move in game (Steam Input disabled or enabled, no difference).

Turns out the Dualsense just works with the Game Pass version. Close Steam completely and simply launch the game from the Xbox app.

I’ve tried everything. I play the game on PC with Xbox game pass and PS5 controller. With Steam, it doesn’t work properly – I once added the game as a non-Steam game to my Steam library (and tried it both with and without adding it to the library) each time with different controller settings in Steam. I could make inputs, but they were all messed up, and always something didn’t work, making the gameplay just not enjoyable. I then closed Steam and tried it as described here, but now nothing is registering. The controller is connected, but the game doesn’t recognize any input.

Edit: think I got the solution (idk if somebody already posted it). I downloaded ds4windows, put the profile on default and now it‘s working. Did that already yesterday, but forgot about the double input thing and had steam running all the time.

When you say it works, do you mean just got the icons to show? or did you get rumble, haptics to work as well?

If you leave Steam input enabled Dualsense worked fine over cable for me. I assume it will work wireless too but probably using either DS4Windows or the paid app DSX. Need to charge up my Dualsense to check. It doesn't feel like there are any haptics in that mode. I tried native over USB with Steam input disabled but no inputs worked despite Steam saying the game should work great with my Dualsense controller.
