dualsense controller
the dual sense controller has no haptics or vibrations on native support. Is just me or is everybody facing this problem?

Not just you. Had to use Xbox controller in spite of steam stating dualsense would work

does it at least show the right buttons for playstation? If so I can live without the haptics, i just love the feel of my dualsense over the xbox controller.

Is the game supposed to have dualsense on PC or standard rumble?

I had to the controller settings to "use default settings" in the properties menu for this game in steam. Mine was set to "Use Steam Overlay". Default is the only setting that works as intended.

Maybe they will add that on release on 9th.

I'm not getting haptics or even normal rumble

Disabling steam input seems to have worked for me.
I now get haptics on my Dualsense

AH. Cool. It supports haptics then. I will try it with the Microsoft version.

I was curious if it would.

Yeah. Steam Input is bad about blocking haptics. You might as well disable it for most modern games.
I wonder if you can disable Steam Input as a default. It tends to be more trouble than it is worth. It is mainly useful for mapping controls in old games.

I'm playing the game pass version and there's not even rumble

I disabled the steam input, but the gamepad stops working in the game altogether. It works correctly with steam input enabled, but there is no tactile feedback.

Same here, disabling steam input disables controller, however, even force enabling controller in steam controller options, still doesn't provide any haptics.

I was playing it with an XBox One controller and I got rumble on the intro.

Thank you! I turned off steam input and it still wouldn’t work and didn’t think to try that. Instantly fixed it, thanks
