Render setup error
When I tried to boot up the game, the following statement appeared:

English: Missing Vulkan device extension(s), please update your graphics driver or GPU:
-VK_KHR_deferred_host_operations
-VK_KHR_ray_tracing_pipeline
-VK_KHR_acceleration_structure
-VK_KHR_ray_query

I'm not an expert in computers, so could someone help me out and tell me what should I do to run the game?

that means your driver doesnt support the following commands on your vulkan device. either your drivers arent up to date to have this extensions included or your vulkan device (aka your gpu) doesnt support it...

Same problem, I’m thinking of trying GeForce now to play it through steam instead.

this is all well and good, but I have an RTX 3060 and i'm getting the same error. wtf? And for the record, I ran the game fine w/o updating the driver that dropped 12/05, it's just that some of the areas made the people look like they were covered in gold leaf. So this makes ZERO sense to me. The Driver update was supposed to be SPECIFICALLY for several newly releasing games, INCLUDING Indiana Jones. :(

If the game doesn't work after the update, then maybe try returning to the older model, if something like that is possible?

Well renting or streaming games seems to be the cheapest options nowadays; having to upgrade each year starting to be quite a waste for us consumers.... Save the planet: F! this game

Well, tonight has been a reality check. My 1070 always runs games on high or ultra settings fine and bam, need a new one suddenly.
I also had a GTX1070 card, loved it as I was capable to run almost everything, but had to realize that 1070 came out in 2016. When ray tracing became widespread I have upgraded to a 3060Ti card, I can run my favorite games fine, but it is still weak when it comes to this game. Now I am waiting if any of the newer games I am interested in would make current rig completely obsolete, as I will have to buy a new one, there is no sense to upgrade the current setup without changing the cpu, motherboard, ram and gpu (intel 8700, RTX3060TI, 32GB DDR4 RAM)

After updating Nvidia driverts I still have VK_INCOMPLETE error on my laptop: R9 5900HX & RT3080.
Tried every solution, nothing works :/

Same here, same specs: Laptop 3080 on a R9 5900HX! Bummer :(

Looks like I found a solution for my case.

Laptop Maibenben X658 (Maibook X)
R9 5900HX & RT3080

I've enabled in BIOS next settings:
Advanced - Display mode - Keep PBS Setting
AMD PBS Settings - Nvidia DGPU Power Enable - Enabled

After that every application with RTX (Indiana Jones, Quake 2 RTX for example) works fine!

I hope this solution help somebody.

Thanks for the tip, works for me too. Not the most efficient option, but at least I can play.

To anyone that doesn’t wanna fork out a ton of money on a new PC I highly recommend Rent-A-Center they have brand new PCs ranging from 30 to 50 bucks a week that will run brand new games and while you’re renting it they give you the option for the first 90 days to buy it at literally at retail cost or you can just continue to keep paying the 30 to 50 a week either way it’s a good way to go. If you don’t wanna come off a chunk of cash at one time and anytime something breaks with the computer they will replace it with a brand new one or send it off for repairs giving you a replacement in the meantime and if you ever decide you don’t want it you can always take it back no strings attached or if you kept it for a while and new cards come out you can take it in and upgrade it It’s a good way to go. 99.9% of the time when you get a computer at Rent-A-Center it’s always a brand new one brand new in the box you’ll literally be the first one to open it

This is the most atrocious clown tier suggestion I've ever seen, I blocked you for being an insufferable r*tard and feel bad for the 30 seconds I spent reading your trash.

Same problem here. Lets hope the Steam team will fix it if not I will request money back as they didn't mentioned anything about this requirement in game description. If I know it I wouldn't buy it.

So... looks like it's really time to buy a new computer i guess.

Or go to your local computer cafe place, log in and play the game there (seriously I may consider doing this just to play bit of the game one afternoon). Good thing I didn't wait until Christmas to try this.

Bringing back Blockbuster and renting out computers like they are game consoles sounds like a better idea.
