Pre-order bonus missing for Nvidia Activation

If you used the NVIDIA key provided with your new RTX product, it will not grant you access to the pre-order DLC. While issues with missing DLC were reported when the game first launched, most of these seem to have been resolved. However, the pre-order DLC is still unavailable.

The graphics card retailer supplied a special NVIDIA key, which NVIDIA used to activate the CD key for the game. This suggests the issue lies with Bethesda and needs to be addressed by them.

The missing pre-order bonus, referred to as "The Last Crusade Pack," includes the following items:

AppID: 2830510 - Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Traveling Suit Outfit
AppID: 2830520 - Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Lion Tamer Whip

They partly fixed the problem "The last crusade pack" pre-order bonus is still missing.

Nevermind if you launch through the desktop shortcut rather than in steam it works.

The pre-order bonus still seems to be missing. Last depo update was 40 minutes ago. All other items have been activated.

Sadly it appears to be missing for me, Steam states that the DLC is downloaded. At least it's only cosmetics, hopefully for us that are missing them we'll receive them sometime soon.

Quick question, did you get the items as soon as you started the game, on did they appear when you got to a certain part of the game (past Marshall College?).

I think I have the "Travelling Suit Outfit" but I know for certain that I do not have the "Lion Tamer Wip" and the "Temple of Doom" outfit. As for the digital art book, I haven't seen that either.

I pre-ordered it from an officially authorized store. I received two Steam keys.

1.Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Preorder Pack

2.Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Premium Edition

The pre-order bonus IDs in steamdb are 2830510 and 2830520, but these are not included in the Premium Edition's steam key.

So you should ask the customer service who provided your steam key. Or ask the publisher directly.

The AppID 2832900, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle - Digital Artbook, is owned but currently marked as unavailable in the package release state. It seems to be an executable file rather than a PDF which is cool. The release of the package is a pending action by Bethesda. While it doesn't appear under owned DLCs at the moment, ownership is confirmed for keys activated via NVIDIA.

I purchased the Premium Edition and have the pre-order bonus costume but don't have the Temple of Doom costume. Oddly in the menu the Last Crusade outfit is labelled as Temple of Doom.

Looking again in my DLC section I'm noticing that I am missing the "Preorder Pack", I have the supposed "Temple of Doom" pack (which in game shows the Last Cruisade outfit) minus the lion tamer wip & the DLC.

What's worrying me a bit is I activated two keys one which was the game and the other I believe was the "Preorder Pack/The Last Crusade Pack" but it's not showing in my DLC section.


I think something has gone wrong at their end for some people and not an issue with us.

HAve you solved the issue? Maybe you can open ticket with Bethesda?

Yeah I am having the same issue. I purchased the game from Fanatical but only received the one key for the Premium Ediiton. I don't have the pre-order pack or preorder bonuses in the game. I raised a ticket with them but doubt they will do anything to fix it.

Kinda annoying but not much you can do.

The ironic thing for me is that I had both keys but Steam is only showing the items of one key.
