Can't pick up medicine bottle

I can't pick up the following medicine bottle from the pics (medicine bottle in the vatican courtyard in a tent). No idea why..

Hopefully somebody sees and can confirm this.

For anyone having the same problems on PC:

It is possible to modify the Medicine Bottle amount with "Cheat Engine". A google search will point to a relevant forum post from fearlessrevolution.com.

Also you can manually unlock the achievements blocked by this bug with "SteamAchievementManager" from Github.

Just be sure to have a save backup before changing anything with Cheat Engine!

Update 3 did not fix this, I still cannot pick up the medicine bottle under the tent in Khentkawes Excavation in Gizah. 😭

Even with patch update 3, I still cannot pick up the medicine bottle in the Vatican Belvedere Courtyard tent.
Looks like still no 100% completion for me. Guess have to wait for next patch update.

Yeah, it work now. and I was able to collect the last bottle. Also I was able to buy the last book and read it. But the reader achivement never pop up:(((((

There is 2 new books in the Vatican level to collect.
