Can't pick up medicine bottle

I can't pick up the following medicine bottle from the pics (medicine bottle in the vatican courtyard in a tent). No idea why..

Hopefully somebody sees and can confirm this.

Edit 2025-04-22: The Update 4 fixed this issue for me, thanks!

Seems to be a bug since I ran into the same issue with one of the medicine bottles in the Egypt dig camp.

looking for a solution to a bug of a book being invisible and not being able to pick it up either

same for me. I was hit when I was picking a book and as a result it remains invisible and I cannot pick it :(

Same here. in Vatikan one Medicine couldn't be picked up.

Same issue here. I beat the game on gamepass by almost 100%. So for now I can't get two achievements. One is for all books because I can't grab the first bottle at the Vatican. The second is for all notes because the game didn't count the note from a body in Voss's gold field work. The game is awesome tho.

The issue is still happening after the "Update 2" patch.

The bottle issue is still there, but they fixed the issue with some notes, so I was able to collect 2 missing bugged notes. So, there is hope for medicine bottles as well..

I have the same bug but not for the same medicine bottle : for me, its for the one in gizeh, under the tent in the digging site of the south of the map. I grabbed it once, but then I had to reload my save and now I couldnt.

Sadly found this thread because the exact same thing happened to me. Doesn’t seem to be any fix yet.
