The Kid Who Vanished - Can't reach artifact

Has anyone figured out a way to reach the area in this image? I believe there is a lost artifact up there but I can't figure out how to burn the birds nest to whip up to it. I completed the mission and came back but can't find any torches nearby to throw at it either.

You need to throw Gina torchligth there (lit torchligth)
There should be torches nearby . Look for the pot with torches or there should be 1or 2 on the ground. I dont remember exactly now.

You need to throw Gina torchligth there (lit torchligth)

I think it's after that part, where she waits for you to traverse an area to open a door for her. But regardless I figured it out. Back in the room with the long spinning spindle there are some little torch bombs on a plate you can pickup and light to throw up there. Thanks for the help.
