Possible bug after finishing "A Nun in trouble"

So, AFTER FINISHING the quest i noticed i was missing a field note, specifically "Roman Murals" which is inside the museum wing, when you follow the nun crouching trough a window and so i went back to get it and well... That said window is now closed, and a lamp sist behind it, as if it it permanently closed, is there a way to get back in? Or am i permanently locked out of getting that field note?

Yeah so i found out that you can go back trough a door in belvedere courtyard somewhere in the North West of the Pharmacy, that door stays Unlocked.

It's definitely a bug, I snapped the picture on the mission and it did not register. Went back after completing it and it doesn't give me the cue to snap a picture in that area now.
