Walking Speed for Keyboard

The game lacks a proper walking pace for keyboard players, we cannot move the same way someone that uses a controller does.

Type "bind LALT _walk" to make left alt toggle walk speed while pressed
OR
Type "bind w _moveforward _walk" to have w be walking when pressed

Very nice! Hopefully the devs add a Walk keybind to the actual Options menu as part of the next update. It seems like such a strange oversight to have not had it there to begin with.
