royal army uniform not working anymore

i travelled back to thailand after doing some missed stuff and suddenly i cant switch to the royal army disguise. i really dont wanna stealth for the rest of the game

I had the same issue. go someplace, besides the village that has a fast travel. Fast travel back to village. walk around a minute. fast travel back to place - not village - royal uniform worked.
