Stuttering & Black Screen Possible Solution

Hi guys, I know most of you are having stuttering and black screen issues on the game.
I have these pc configurations:
Intel Core I9 9900K 3.60 Ghz
Ram:32 Gb
Video Card:Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB
I solved it by deleting this file:
TheGreatCircleConfig.local
which is located here:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\MachineGames\TheGreatCircle\base
I had to reset all the configurations on the game as I had them, I did various tests of exiting the game and re-entering it and everything was resolved.
If in the next update it happens again, repeat the same procedure.

Another solution could be:
Close the game and Steam then Set the application TheGreatCircle.exe with compatibility window 8 and check the box "run as administrator", then go to system / screen / graphics add the game app (exe) and then on options put "high performance", save and restart the pc.
Another solution could be:
Create a new profile in Windows, it doesn't have to be Microsoft, the important thing is that it is an administrator and start the game from there, then copy the folder "C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\MachineGames" and put it in your profile by copying and pasting and replacing the files, always in that path.
Important not delete the second profile.
