Vatican level :Stuck on the roof HELP !!!

Spoilers ahead:
I didn't manage to collect all the Ancient Relics in the first attempt in the Vatican level, I passed the level and came to Egypt. I decided to return to the Vatican again to collect the other Relics. The last relic was in the vault of the Vatican, near the end of the level, so when I wanted to pick it up I had to do it again, solve the puzzle with the fountain, collect the gold and silver key, fight the giant, and finally I managed to pick up the last relic. Then I need to put the medallion in the hole in the wall and escape to the Zeppelin, but since I've already crossed that section once, now I can't get to the Zeppelin because the door is closed and I'm stuck on the roof, I can continue the game in Egypt, but every time I go back to the Vatican I'm on the roof and I can't get down. Does anyone know or have any advice how to get off the roof because there are still things I would like to pick up in the Vatican but I can't because I'm stuck and I don't want to play everything from the beginning ???

that's normal, the zepelin is not part of the vatican level, you are already in gieza when you enter the zepelin
to return to where you are were need open your journal, go to travels and select the last chapter, then select "continue story"

I understand, as I wrote, I finished the Vatican, continued with Egypt, open the journal returned to the Vatican again to pick up the Artifacts that I didn't. When I returned back to Vatican I was forced to play the last sequence in the well again so that I could pick them up, because the last artifact is in the Vatican treasury and you can't go back after you pick it up,just forward to the Zeppelin. Now the door leading to the Zeppelin is locked and I'm stuck on the roof and I can't get off, the elevator isn't working, the only way I can go is to the door leading to the Zeppelin and now I cannot pass through them so I am stuck.

so you cannot open your journal again and go back to gieza by teleporting?

I can, but I can't go to the Vatican, because every time I go back through the journal, I'm in front of the door that leads to the Zeppelin, and I can't go back to explore the Vatican to collect other artifacts and documents if you understand, so basically when I want to teleport back to Vatican I am getting stuck on the roof because as you wrote zepelin is not part of the vatican level and can't continue to explore Vatican anymore

When you enter the room on the right there is a place to go up there is a door there

When you enter the room on the right there is a place to go up there is a door there

I don't know which room you mean, there are only the stairs that lead to the door towards the Zeppelin cutscene and I can't go through them, and if I go back I come to the lift that got me on the roof. So I can't go down or forward.

I teleported to the room where Gina says she's going after the Nazis. After I open the door, I can enter the room in front. There's a door that doesn't open in this room on the right. You can go upstairs. But that might happen because I didn't fight the giant. I went straight to Giza. From there, I teleported to the Vatican and took the path again. Then I fought him and entered the room. Maybe that's why it doesn't happen to you.
