Must skip to 1440p resolution, since 4k is much more demanding.
"Highest settings" would be everything maxed out with no upscaling.
Highest settings in 1440 are at 28:16 and he's getting under 40 fps.
I have the same setup, and no issues running it in 3840x2160 with no DLSS or Frame Gen, just Native TAA, locked at 60fps
(As of this moment in time, YT is still rendering it to 4K)
