can you play this on a computer running steam os

so it says steam deck verified and I know you can get the OS for the steam deck on PC so I am wondering can you duel boot steam OS and play this or is it JUST THE STEAM DECK I was already planning on duel booting it at some point and if I can play this game as a result I would 100% do it (for context I am running an RX 580 8GB and 32 GB of ram)

so as it turns out the steam deck support update also added support for the RX 580 and other such legacy AMD/Geforce GPUs so we're good I don't need to duel boot
