Missing lighter?

I “lost” my lighter after leaving Giza now I can’t progress “the blessed pearl” quest because Gina is asking me to throw her a lit torch.

How tf do I get another lighter? Went back to the woman who gave the original one but nope, nothing..

That means rolling back to a previous save, unfortunately... people have also reported about dropping the camera and not being able to pick it up again. As long as these bugs persist, rolling back seems to be the only solution.

Yeah, won’t be doing that haha. Will put the game down until they patch it/allow you to buy another I guess
