stuck in castel santangelo
im in the gizeh part of the story but traveled back to get medicine bottles and was looking for the map of all medicine bottles which i saw in a fascist tent online. I am now stuck in castel santangelo and wandered everywhere i think the place allows me to go and it seems i cannot get back to the main city

Open the map; then try to navigate back to the top left - that is the corridor that leads back to the main city.
