TBH the $70 is the reason why this game is failing to sell
Does the $10 extra dollars on the price tag really justify making the game less accessible to your only audience, gamers?

When you read all these discussions, articles, and rants from people asking why this game has such low reviews.... And then you look at the 8-15 hour playthrough most people have, not a lot of people are willing to spend nearly $100 for a less than 20 hour experience that they won't revisit.

How many more people would have gotten the game by now if it was listed at $50? $40?

Stop being greedy if you want your games to sell.

Smoking is bad m'kay.
It should be at the top of Steams Top 100 Selling games list... right? Unfortunately it's currently at #69 and actively dropping. It's selling worse right now than games that came out years ago, like Cyberpunk, GTA V, RDR2, etc. It also barely has 5,000 steam reviews. I'm not a hater, i enjoyed the game. But for everything it gave me, $70 was asking too much.

From all reviews a person can finish this game in an afternoon.

When most folks can't even afford a dozen freaking eggs, charging $70 bucks for a single afternoon of fun is beyond ridiculous.

I would not consider that fail in selling:

That game is definitely not doable within the timespan of "an afternoon".

You don't consider $11 million revenue on Steam a fail?

No.

Is that just some random trashtalk or do you really want an explanation why GTA, or multiplayer games in general are that much more successful?
Especially a game like GTA5, that was released 11 years ago and on 3 different generations.

Whatever, you really occur to me to be someone that can not be convinced by any argument.

I love it when a know it all thinks that because he can't afford it and can't buy it , then it fails to sell . Lot of people on this forum seem to think they are the centre of the universe , lol !

i love it how you assume i cant afford to buy it, and immediately make up this story about me and my life. if you bothered reading my post, you'd know i already beat the game.

Cannot be that bad, if Disney wants more:

I find it rather amusing, to mock about the price tag. Everything gets pricier and making video games is no exception from that.

You have three options: Buy, dont buy or buy when on sale.
