Vatican - Uncollectable Note?

Hoping someone can help me find this note. Working through with aim to 100% and have collected everything in the Vatican, however on the Vatican map there’s a note showing as roughly underneath the north east corner of the Borgia Tower when viewing the map for a nun in trouble and the mad priest missions, despite having already collected all notes for these missions. It’s showing as lower than ground level, but none of the lower levels seem to go to this area. Anyone know what this might be, or how I get to it?

I have 3 bugged notes as well. Finished the game completely (except those notes) weeks ago and had an in-depth conversation with Bethesda support (I even made a video showing the bugs). No word on a time frame for the fix of course. Just typical Bethesda nonsense. You'll just have to wait for a fix if it ever comes.

do you save the game before you quit?

No I rely on the auto save tbh, didn’t know it might make a difference. The notes are al recorded as collected so it’s saved all my progress, just this image on the map. Reading elsewhere seems a lot of other people have the same note showing so perhaps a bug.

I had this same issue(bug). I had to go to the sacred wounds mural underneath the Tower of Nicholas V, then took a hint photo of the mural. Achievement popped.
