Anyone know a fix for Failed to Allocate video memory

just as i meet antonio in the vatican it comes up there tried creating a new save does it again at exactly the same place. ive reinstalled the game done the integrity and reinstalled my nvidia graphics driver still the same so i cant play this game for very long so annoyed.

In Menu > Options > Video > Graphic Quality - e.g. for 8 GB VRAM you should set medium.

still doesnt work and it was on low so i changed it to medium and still getting that error and it closes the game straight off.

says total allocated is 6012.218 mib. i cant get a refund for the game either as it was a present for a digital download code which was bought as a pre-order

Still have the same problem when i run the game at the native display setting. but if i run it in safe mode 1920 x 1080 it works

Follow link and input your gpu and operating system etc, you should get a list of drivers.

its an nvidia rtx2060 graphis card refresh rate is 144 hz. Its a hp 15 inch omen gaming laptop im using had it for 3 years works absolutely fine with assasins creed mirage, Call of Duty black ops 6, football manager and undisputed the boxing game. ive got 543gb of free space its an intel corei7-10750 h processor 2.6ghz ram is 16gb. could it be because its not a 4k device.

dedicated video memory shows as 5955mb

Yeah sorry OP, but 6GB isn't enough for AAA gaming in 2024. 8 is the bare min right now and in 2025 it is gonna be 12GB.
