Achievement "Tuned In" Bug?

I have a problem getting this achievement. I gave all the frequencies to Gina, both in Giza and Sukhothai, they disappeared from my inventory and the achievement is still not there. Am I doing something wrong or is it just bugged?

I have the same issue, as well as a few other achievements that did not unlock.

I have all frequencies in Sukhothai, but I can't talk to Gina.

Open your inventory and select the frequencies so you are holding them in your hand and then it will give you a prompt to place them on something near her , at that point she will talk to you automatically

Only achievement I didn’t get was the 50 ancient relics, I got all 50 and unlocked the secret vault but no achievement

Apparently you have to have all 50 in your bag. I didn't get it either because 49 were in the wall before I got the 50th

Same, can't talk to Gina to get achievement and frequencies aren't in inventory anymore
