CANNOT 100% AGAIN - THIS SUCKS

It keeps saying i have to get Da Vitos letter in the Vatican when i know for sure got all 58 notes before moving on to Giza. Also, the Serpent's chest mystery wont complete after even getting all 3 keys and opening the vault and getting the relic.

This is my 2nd time around hoping it would be fixed. I'm furious.

Though I’m not a completionist and generally play games for entertainment, something about this one makes me want to 100% it
