Stuck in Large Nazi base in Gizeh

Completed the mission at the large Nazi base in Gizen. Jumped out of the building ran to the tunnel and escaped. Came back later to collect items like the medicine bottles but now I'm stuck. Can't get out of the base. I follow that same path and it won't let me leave through the stone opening. How do I get out??

Did you try jumping up the hill to the right of the cave that has been caved in?

The cave you escape from is caved in, when you come back here later it's a second cave.

there are several ways out of the base. Spend more than 5 minutes look around instead of running around in circles.
