NEW HOTFIX!! Solves Frame Pacing issue and stuttering during save! It's nearly vanished!

This Hotfix probably solve stuttering during save and "Frame Pacing" issues.

How to fix frame pacing on 566.36 / 566.45
1) Open Nvidia Profile Inspector (Please google and download)
2) Find the profile "Indiana Jones And The Great Circle"
3) Find the parameter "0x200EF1B9" in the "unknown" section
4) Сhange its value from "0x00000006" to "0x00000000"
5) Apply settings
I tried it myself and the difference is night and day, Frame Pacing issue nearly gone.
Only the stuttering when saving still occurs, but has decreased significantly.
