You GPU crashes for some reason. Do you have enough power? Try other heavy games or benchmarks with Ray Tracing. 3D Mark maybe?
Maybe not GPU, but it is your PC which freezes/crashes.

Do furmark full burn test if it does same behavior you have lingering hardware failure coming or overheat protection kicks in.

I had one of the faulty 2070's when they first came out, it could run benchmarking stress tests all day long without issues.

I'd suggest the OP tries a different HDMI cable (ensuring it meets the most current spec).

So more importantly, check the system log and the application log for the reasons for the crash.

There is no crash report it just disconnects my monitor(error : NO HDMI1 connection go to standby)Ordered a new high end hdmi cable coming today maybe thats it?But i read tons of people they have game errors and break downs? So maybe the game is ♥♥♥♥???Because 4k etc it plays so smooth.

Its just the monitor it shuts off the game goes on sound etc aswell it just disconnects my monitor no hdmi connection! But it runs all other software and video outside the game.

If a game crashes, your PC usually continues to operate.
But in your case your "Brand new high end pc 3 days old" goes down, so it might have some issues itself.
Hence the suggestions to stress test the HW to be sure that it is stable under heavy load.

Have you checked the system and application logs? Because your reply makes no sense in the context of the call to check them. Have you actually done it, for the timestamps the issue occured?
