Sukhothai Quest: Childs Play and Royal Radio Transmission bug

I cant get the first Note in Childs play because the Bottle isnt there.

On the Quest: Royal Radio Transmission, i gave Gina all the Transmissions but the quest wont finish. I got even all the markers on the map for the treasures. Is there a work around? I cant load to a previous save because i played to far.

Has anyone the same bugs?
