I cannot run this game using NVIDIA RTX 2060 Mobile with 6GB VRAM

Maybe, but there's not going to be a universal solution. More so because you are using a mobile card, so that's even less hardware than what many others with 6GB are bringing to the table.

First of all hard-set your graphics driver to use the actual card (not the CPU-integrated graphics) for the game, see whether it launches at all then.

But keep in mind that in most cases you'll be out of luck.
