Leave "Foreign Only" Subtitles On

To players:
If you are considering turning off the subtitles entirely, I recommend you at least choose the third option and leave the foreign subtitles on. I didn't realize that this wouldn't translate important dialogue in different languages until a ways into the game.

To Developer:
The way you have the subtitle options currently, the default mode starts in the middle, with everything on. The option on the left turns all subtitles off. I guess I misunderstood the third option, and assumed that since it was to the right it must turn on even more subtitles. Can you consider rearranging these buttons, or at least being clearer about foreign subtitles not being translated at all?
