Sukhothai note and relic bug preventing 100%

I picked up the note that Annika dropped when she got her hand cut off but the marker and even counter still shows I haven't picked it up. Also the relic at the Ancient Pyramid lake (on top of the 2 structures) the relic is completely gone yet it still shows it's there and needs to be picked up. I had already picked it up before but it glitched out on me so I reloaded a save and went to go pick it up and it never showed up again

Edit: aside from that it also shows I picked up all notes for Sukhothai but it still shows that note annika dropped on my map and is invisible on my screen. The tracker stuff on travel screen shows I am missing 1 field work and 1 mystery. I'm pretty pissed right now

I got 100% the achievements via taking pictures of hint of the jesus thing but this Annika is only what make me unable to 100% IN GAME.
