"Bare Hands" book. How to use it?

Allridy.. found this "Bare Hands" upgrade book and now i should be able to do "unarmed takedowns". Can someone explain how this is done?

Is it a stealth takedown or something i have to do in grapple? I can't figure it out.

It's easy - same stealth takedown but with bare hands.
Just stand/crouch behind the enemy and Indy gets his hands ready same way as he does with a weapon, then you press a button and he takes down the enemy with one hit.

I never actually used the perk in my playthrough on gamepass, but something I just read says you do it in stealth when your hands are obviously empty. I just don't know if you go from behind and use one of the punch buttons, if you hold one of those buttons or press both at the same time. I know with something like the whip pull. Instead of just pressing F to use the whip, you hold F and it does the whip pull. So it's likely similar to that somehow.

It's just a usual punch button press but without weapon in hands.

Oh, it just does the "one punch man" thing... i see. I thought i was just normal attacking.
