Khmer Cogwheel Puzzle Bug

I have completed all of the Khmer cog puzzles and I have all 10 cogs in my inventory but the final puzzle won't load, I know where it is on the map based on the ancient relic but the game wont recognise that I have all the cogs. because of the autosave I can't reload the save and restarting the game changes nothing. Anyone found a fix for this or is there a console command to mark the mission stage complete?

In regards to your saves. Have you only tried reloading your main save or have you tried rolling back your save at all? When you look at your save slots, have your main save highlighted then press whatever button that says to rollback. You'll have 3 saves to choose from. Maybe selecting one of those will help. Maybe even restart the game after loading one of the rollbacks also as another thing to check off the list of things attempted to fix the issue. I had to do this with the relics, because I never had all of them in my inventory at the same time before using them for some puzzles.

SO i managed to resolve this, I simply tracked the ancient relic related found the entrance on the other side of the island and completed the lust puzzle even without it recognising that I was on that puzzle after a while it got up and closed the missions and granted to achievement.

Normally things show on the map but not the cogs. Is that a known bug?

I have the same issue here. Waiting for a patch to fix those frustrating bugs.

You picked up the "cog book"?
I know map in my game show cogs (the puzzles where the Cogs are)

Yes. Only thing I have to do now is getting two notes.
