Feels like the game trying to output 5.1 audio while on a stereo setup ... But I also tried on my 5.1 home theater and it's the same...
Tried to tweak every audio settings but no luck there.
Go to system>sound
under advanced click More sound settings
Select your audio device and click properties.
Select the Spacial Sound tab and in the drop down select Windows Sonic for Headphones then apply and ok.
This makes windows utilize 5.1 and make it compatible over a stereo setup.
FASTER METHOD
Open Control Panel
Click Sound
Select your audio device and click properties.
Select the Spacial Sound tab and in the drop down select Windows Sonic for Headphones then apply and ok.
