Missing note for Sanctuary of the Guardians

I seem to have 9/10 and noticed that it's the "King Card" that sits on the table out in the open at the camp. I swear I collected this but it seems It got bugged, anyone else has this issue? I have 100% so far and just started Shanghai and it irks me that I'm missing this one note.

I'm missing the Jack which is in the drawer in the tent. I grabbed it, but then reloaded a checkpoint. Now I don't have the note and the drawer can't be opened again.
