Game Breaking Bug

After getting out of the Nazi compound in Gizeh, I can no longer fast travel, disguises no longer work, and I can't progress the story.

Current objective is "inspect the dream steel." I've seen videos of what's supposed to happen, but when I approach it, nothing happens.

I'm not sure what to do here.

i think you should go back to a previous save file and try again, or just wait until they patch the game... i have something similar though, the game didnt trigger a cutscene at the treasure room in Italy which leads to a bossfight, which i didnt know at the time, the woman opened a door and i followed her without picking up the cat statue. a new cutscene appears and poof im in Gizeh. i progressed until i almost completed the game and decided to go back to the vatican to get the remaining collectables only to find myself stuck at the bossroom with the objective ''find the cat statue''. i then found the cat statue and did the boss fight but i can't leave the bossroom and the objective remains the same. GAMEBREAKING.... i doubt they will ever patch it though and i will have to start a new game just to be able to 100% it.
