I'm done waiting for you to finally fix those game breaking bugs that have been reported so many times. Bugs that shouldn't be in a game to begin with after launch! Refusing to release a hotfix for that long (2 months since "Update 2") and then posting some half-assed "Don't worry we're working on Update 3!" thing, while many people are unable to simply progress through the game just screams "ignorance". Either that or just plain disregard for your customers.
Your game doesn't need an "Update 3", your game needs a HOTFIX, or maybe three. It needed it two months ago!

Just uninstalled, moving on to KCD2.
Very disappointing. Bad customer support, especially for a so called "AAA" product.

I agree the time its taken to get game breaking bugs hot fixed is abysmal. It shouldn't take this long. It's pretty embarrassing for a AAA studio too.

Lol. I have gamepass and im very happy with what I get for the money I spend. Good one though, I had never heard this expression of it anywhere before...it gave me a good laugh.

Now back to this post. OP is right. I have said basically the same two weeks ago. This situation is unacceptable and should have never happened. I have two mission where im stuck and cant get the achievement. I cant understand why it doesnt get more press coverage because it really is deplorable.

Since day one I haven't been able to play the game without constant crashes to desktop. From my perspective the game never came out because I can't play it for more than a few minutes. Developers you really dropped the ball on this one and it's a shame because I really wanted to play this game.

Yeah, I've given up on the game as well - unable to progress past the Light Chamber puzzle (haven't wanted to add yet another thread so I've refrained from posting one) - plus bizarre and stupid things like being unable to go through doors in the Vatican because a group of nuns is clustered there. It's total bs.

I love this game but I have to agree about the lack of fixes. it seems to be a problem across most dev teams these days unfortunately. Im still waiting for stalker 2 to fix its many issues as well and I used to be a big fan of Nightdive till their awful habit of leaving games in broken states turned me off of them.

Bethesda is too busy porting everything they got to Playstation and Switch 2. They even dropped support for Starfield last November.

Same here, just requested refund. Sort of embarrassed at how much time I spent trying all manner of things to fix, because I had just built my new machine, and so thought it must be something I had done/not done!!! grrrr.

Every AAA game releases broken and buggy these days. Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Star Wars Outlaws, Spiderman 2, The Last of Us Part 1 etc…
Maybe if the platform holders started issuing fines or something we could motivate devs to QA their games and implement the feedback their testers are giving them.

Missing 1 achievement due to a bug or annoyance and that achievement is only possible very late completionist game...

Bugs that also many people don't seem to have at all?! A vocal minority here complains about "game breaking" bugs while many people just played though the entire game without much of an issue. Many also just complain about missing achievements. Those should also be fixed eventually, but it's hardly high priority, is it?

Have you ever considered that it might be REALLY hard to find a bug that most people don't have and that the developers quite possibly can't reproduce? Looking for such errors is like finding an item in a large room in complete darkness with your hands tied behind your back...

I also can't help wondering how many people complaining about their inability to play the game at all might have certain Intel CPUs. I'm talking about the 13th/14th gen issues here.
Besides that, other problems might also come from otherwise unstable PCs rather than the game itself. I'm playing on an AMD CPU on a generally very stable system since the release of the premium edition and I didn't experience a single crash or problem with this game.

Just finished the game tonight. Not a single crash or issue. Some people just know how to maintain a computer I guess.
