I can't launch the game with a window Missing Vulkan Device Extension, VK R Query; do you think third update of the game will help me as i have a bit of ray tracing? But not as the game need? I don't know, please? Thank you very much (i have updated drivers and Vulkan Runtime)

No your card won't work with the game and the third update won't change this. You need a 2060 or one of the more recent AMD/arc cards with 8GB vram at least.
