Missing note for A Nun in Trouble

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I'm missing the Interrogation Document for a Nun in Trouble quest but when I go to where it's supposed to be it isn't there. I can't rollback my save because I'm too far into the game now.

I have the same issue but with other note in Gizeh - it's shown on the map and isn't on the spot it should be on location. I have this bug with frequensies as well so yeahhhhhh, gotta wait for new patch and/or start a new playthrough

Its a bug. You will see the same "note" in the "mad priest" mission. And, no. There is no note at that location. There is in fact absolutely noting there but an empty black void.

thanks that really sucks, locked out of the achievement then until it gets fixed (hopefully it can be fixed without having to start a whole new playthrough)

I think It's when you die with a note in hand that note will glitch, I could be wrong

Game should count it as picked up when you pick it up. It did for me, even though its still on the map (hmm, not sure after the patch though)
