MISSING ANCIENT RELICS AND NOTES

Hello to all,
I just began the last level in iraq, still, in sukothai i am still missing 3 ancient relics even if i bought the guide to find them and there are none marked on the map, and i am missing a note from the blessed pearl mission, more precisly on the map i have two markers for this one, the first is a document but if i go in the place marked there is nothing to find, the second marker is a photo in the ziggurat but is behind the final closed door after the encounter with Locus, the door you can't open anymore, THE STRANGEST THING IS THAT I UNLOCKED THE ACHIEVEMENT REGARDING ALL THE NOTES TO RECOVER.

SO I THINK THEY ARE BOTH BUGGED BUT NONETHLESS I ASK FOR YOUR HELP
FURTHERMORE I HAVE TO UNLOCK ONLY TWO MORE ACHIEVEMENTS, both hidden, i think one is for completing the last level, BUT THE OTHER ONE?

its probably the three in the Secret Temple at Wat Mahathat. Had the same issue that I was missing three. turned out the game didnt save after i had picked them up

yes i am pretty sure is bugged cause i know that there are in total 50 relics, i have 46 now and in iraq there are 4, so i should be ok , and i think that the other achievement is to collect them all

i think i found what i missed, there are three that weren't showing on my map dunno why during the blessed pearl mission
