NVIDIA CRASH HELP

Hello, I have been having a problem running the game wondering if anyone can help me with it. I have been looking up this problem for awhile now and still can not find a solution. When I open the game i can play the first couple of minutes but right when Indie pores the sand out of the bag and switches with the artifact and the cut scene ends it all of a sudden crashes to my desktop. The first time when I opened up my Event Viewer to see what the problem is it told me an error that my Nvidia Opengl driver "ran out of memory". The second time I ran the game the exact same spot it crashed went back to desktop, opened up Viewer again it now says that the Nvidia Opengl driver "DrvSetContext failed fuctionality indeterminant (pid=2040 cncmd.exe 64bit) Do I have to reinstall the game or drivers? Or is it a different problem?

The components of my PC are,
GPU - RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB SHADOW 3X OC
CPU- AMD RYZEN 5 7600X
Motherboard- MSI B650 Gaming PLUS Wifi
RAM- Team T-Force Delta RGB 32GB/ 4800 MHz
PSU - MSI MAG A750GL PClE5/ 750 Watt
